PU gun foam with low expansion rate and high density after curing. It is characterized by maximum thermal and sound insulation (Rstw 58dB - confirmed by i.f.t. Rosenheim tests), high performance and dimensional stability. The gun applicator ensures maximum precision and economical dispensing. Particularly suitable for the installation of large window elements.
Properties
- Excellent thermal insulation with a lambda value of 0.0356 W/m*K and sound insulation of 58 dB
- Short curing time
- Excellent adhesion to many building substrates such as masonry, brick, concrete, stone, wood, PVC, polystyrene, aluminum, including powder-coated aluminum, glazed surfaces, etc.
- The innovative design of the can valve ensures absolutely tight packaging, prevents the escape of propellant gas, ensures a constant, optimum foam consistency and guarantees maximum performance throughout the shelf life.
Application
- Sealing when installing window and door frames, especially with thin-walled PVC and aluminum profiles
- Sealing window sills, roller shutters, steps, etc.
- Filling and insulating cable ducts and components of central heating systems
- Thermal and sound insulation for floors, attics, roofs, air conditioning systems
- Joint filling in wall and ceiling joints
