Flashings are essential for insulating the connection between the roof window and the roof. Only by using a flashing will water running off the roof surface be transported sideways around the roof window, preventing water, dust or snow from entering the roof. A flashing must be purchased separately for most of roof windows. Because roofing materials can very different, Roto tries to offer the right product for every roofing material.
