Water vapour permeable, flexible, waterproof and windproof outer tape with a low equivalent diffusion resistance coefficient Sd for gases and water vapour. UV-resistant.
Suitable for window installation according to RAL as an external tape. With this method of window installation - a driving rain-proof film on the outside, a vapor-barrier tape on the inside and either construction foam or Compriband around the window, thermal bridges can be optimally avoided during window installation.
Properties:
- Protects the thermal insulation layer in the joinery joint from the effects of the weather
- The inside of the tape is fully coated with an adhesive that adheres excellently to most building materials
- The reinforced adhesive layer enables bonding to substrates at temperatures of - 12°C
- An additional adhesive strip on the other side of the tape makes it easy to attach the tape to the edge of the window or door frame
- Available in thickness 90 mm, 150 mm, 300 mm
