Atlas ELASTYK | elastic tile adhesive (C2TE, 2-10 mm)

ATLAS ELASTYK- flexible adhesive (C2TE type).  is manufactured as a dry mix of high quality cement binder, aggregates and special composition of modifiers. With improved bonding – minimum bonding to the substrate is 1.0 N/mm².

Recommended for heavy duty applications – involving difficult substrates or exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Ideal for coverings exposed to deformations – highly flexible, the adhesive compensates:

• thermal stress - on balconies, in underfloor or wall heating systems (ATLAS PLUS, an S1 class adhesive is recommended for use on terraces),
• mechanical stress – on plasterboards, gypsum or cement-bound particleboard, and damp proof membranes, such as WODER E or WODER DUO.

Consumption

Average consumption: ca. 1.5 kg of dry mix / 1 m2 / 1 mm adhesive layer – for complete filling the space under the tile. It depends on the smoothness of the surface and the bottom side of the tile.
